Moisturizing Mild Neutral Fragrance Suitable for All Users

This Lanbelle (Made in Korea) hydrating toner comes in a large 16.9 ounce clear plastic bottle and is licensed at the time of writing Sold at a very good price of $24. I think it will last me a few months with regular daily use. I apply it alternately with a cotton swab (evening) and my hands (morning) depending on my routine/skincare needs, after cleansing and before applying moisturizer. I've used countless "milky" or lotion-type toners. While not as lotion-like as some of the higher-end milk toners, it's more runny with a slight viscosity and a bit more sheer, but it's still very moisturizing and gentle on my sensitive, mature skin. Quality and use are good. My only real complaint is the mild acidic neutral smell. But he doesn't linger. Key Takeaways: Inexpensive, lightweight, non-greasy - leaves no feeling of stickiness, stickiness or shine. Well absorbed. Non-irritating - appears to be suitable for all skin types/users (sensitive, acne prone, oily, dry). It has an odor, but it's not unpleasant, floral, or overpowering. The addition of flavor is not expressly mentioned. Doesn't contain what I would call "essential oils (or extracts)" but it is made with botanical extracts (like grapefruit, honeysuckle, ginseng root, etc.) + ceramides and various forms of hyaluronic acid. Before use, do a patch test to assess your sensitivity and needs. Contains fermented ingredients that are highly nutritious and rich in antioxidants. There are no big exfoliants or astringents like denatured alcohol, witch hazel, salicylic acid, etc., but there is citric acid. Other than that, it is a moisture-focused product. Gentle enough for sensitive skin prone to acne and rosacea (I have one). Can be used regularly in the morning and evening (after cleansing and before adding essence and serum to your routine). ). Be sure to use* a moisturizer to amplify the benefits of the multiple molecular forms of Hyaluronic Acid in this toner. (*It doesn't have to be thick or expensive, it helps improve the skin's moisture barrier. Learn how HA works and what transepidermal water loss is). Yes, I include users with oily and acne-prone skin. Find a lightweight moisturizer you like and use it with this toner. Overall I am happy with the use, quality and price of this toner.
