overall rating very good. However, it came as a complete surprise that we had to assemble it piece by piece. The instructions were good but we got a bit lost on steps 10-12. With some persistence, the support agent asked the technician for help and was very helpful in the end. When opening the box, make sure the cargo is not damaged. The quality is good, although the wood is a bit soft. I had to replace the lid with a new one as it was scratched in transit. The good design of the device is positive. We were amazed that the changer didn't move and was only held in place by pads. This is a useful piece of furniture for a relatively small room as it contains a lot of clothes and baby "stuff". The fact that it is sustainable wood is a plus.
