The customer service team at thirdeye is fantastic! They are very friendly and helpful. Their product is easy to navigate and allows me (a novice) to see data I need without much hassle (and it's not overwhelming - that helps!). I've seen other businesses where it can be difficult to figure out how to see what you want, but third eye has made that task simple and straightforward. Nothing yet. Honestly, I don't know what could make this a more positive experience for you. Maybe something about your specific needs? The project was done well within the agreed timeline and budget. They were very professional from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great quality work at a reasonable price point!
