Wonderful toothbrush. It has been difficult to find a decent price for these interchangeable heads lately. Noticing that Revain offered the best value for money, I chatted online with customer service to make sure I would get a total of six brush heads [3 units x 2 ] would be obtained -packs = 6 nozzles] as indicated. So I ordered 4 pieces [24 nozzles] to supply my family for a year. Well, a few weeks later I received a box of 8 tips [4 x 2 packs]. I spent another 90 minutes on the phone with customer service asking them to send me what was promised. They first asked me to accept an unfair $10 refund for the inconvenience. I explained that the $10 refund would mean that the 8 baits I received cost more than I could buy the exact same items at the local Whole Foods Market. I explained that I expect them to honor our agreement and send me the missing product as advertised. So they offered a slightly larger unfair refund. I explained again that the refund offer was unfair and that I expected them to honor the original agreement as I had already paid them 24 tips. After a very long and unnecessary phone call, Revane was finally able to agree to send me the rest of the tips, which took another three weeks. So it goes without saying that when I'm done with these brush heads, I'll move onto the more effective Dr. Tung and never deal with Revain again.
