Review on 🚿 Enhanced Shower Experience with 9 Inch Waterfall Showerhead - High Flow, Extension Arm included, 2.5 GPM - Oil-Rubbed Bronze by Maurice Jimenez

I bought this brushed nickel waterfall shower head to replace a chrome one that didn't match the rest of the bathroom fixtures. Here are my impressions: Pros: Easy installation High quality materials Great polished nickel finish Good water flow (in my case with the flow restrictor removed) Water feels good when it hits your body (as opposed to a sharp needle like other sprays) AND Best Customer Service I've had Cons over the years: (well, sort of) The jet from the 9" nozzle hits the shower floor in a small cone shaped circle 4" or 5" wide (see image) . I mentioned this because based on the image of the water coming out of my head, I thought it was going to hit the ground in a 9 inch wide circle. Customer Service: I noticed the spray pattern and emailed Aqua Elegante for instructions on how to remove the spray restrictor (thought it might need more pressure). I received a reply the next day with a polite purchase confirmation request, which I sent back. The next day they sent detailed instructions with pictures. Unfortunately, this has not changed anything in the spray pattern. So I emailed back explaining my dissatisfaction. The next day they emailed me with a request to send them a short video for analysis and a desire to meet customer needs. I sent them the video and the next day they replied saying they thought it was defective and offered to send me another shower head. Every email I received from Aqua Elegante's José Miguel Abiera was polite and helpful. That kind of customer satisfaction has practically disappeared from business today. It was one of the best experiences with any customer satisfaction team I've ever worked with.
