I've been using this protein powder as part of my morning shake for almost 2 years (I'm actually drinking it as I write this!). I love the combo of sprouted rice and hemp, both are great sources of complete proteins. The only other ingredient is the nopal (prickly pear) cactus, which is believed to control blood sugar, mainly by lowering it, and has also shown some cholesterol-lowering benefits. I go through a jug about every 2 months and have never had a quality issue. Taste? It won't taste like flavored sweet muscle milk, but it won't taste bad either. I use a scoop slightly larger than a TB and add 2 scoops to a blender bottle of unsweetened almond coconut milk. You might think this is crazy, but I add 2 scoops of Amazing Grass superfood powder (cocoa flavor), 1 extra scoop of hemp, 2 scoops of ground flax, and about 1/2 scoop of maca powder. All in a 16 oz blender bottle. A little grainy, a little thick, but certainly bearable with the amazing grass cocoa flavor. I drink it in the morning during my workout and feel full for over 3 hours.
