Applying suction and holding for a few seconds lifted and filled my nasolabial folds and sagging jaw. It also reduced the bags under my eyes. I find that with continued use, sagging and bags under the eyes are greatly reduced. The only complaint is that there was no video or PDF link to the tutorial mentioned in the description in the box I received. I want to learn how to get the most out of this cup and I don't think I can do it without guidance.
