These headbands are bigger than my daughter wears. I knew I would, but I wanted to use them in her hair for a little makeover. I use tight rubber bands first and then wrap them around so they aren't so tight. They're a good thickness for a little girl's hair, but she's a little younger so I'd have to coil them many times otherwise. My method works. Headbands are bands of different colors. They stretch very well and don't knot. Small images on headbands may vary. They are all great items for little girls. Lots of pink, purple and yellow. All little critters are happy, there are even mermaids and emoji clouds. The silicone elements on the hair bands have good detail and texture. They attach to the rubber bands with a small plastic attachment on the back of the silicone. They sit very well and don't slip. They are super cute because they instantly take a simple ponytail up a notch. I also love the details because my daughter can choose two little cartoons on each side. I like to mix and match them and they improve my hair skills.
