Disgusting market place and support service. Never in my life will I order from here again. I ordered an electronic thermometer, paid for express delivery of 250. Not only did they bring some other thermometer (not mercury), it was also defective. I measured the temperature once, the readings were fixed at around 37 degrees and did not move in any direction. The thermometer does not go astray and does not rise above 37. I wrote to support, they said to cancel and send it to the post office. No one will reimburse me for shipping. I am sick, I have a temperature and I have to queue at the post office, pay for the packaging of the goods and send it to them. This is their joint. If I didn’t live in 2022, I would sue them.
