This marker was great for touching up my homemade sign I made with chalk paint . It goes together pretty well. The tip doesn't look very good, but releases so little color at a time that it was very easy for me to control. I also liked that the paint never dripped like it does with my acrylic crayons. Editing with it was closer to editing with a permanent marker in terms of look and feel. I am very happy with this purchase. For those who say the pen doesn't work, you almost have to "pump up" the pen a few times (like all drawing pens) before using it.
