Grandson loves them but 2 have already stopped working in less than a month

Bought these for my 6 month old grandson, he has hardly used them and already 2 creatures are not glowing but he loves them! It seems impossible to contact Revain these days and I'm hoping the seller will get back to me as I posted a question about this issue. I would like to use the seller's replacement guarantee instead of returning the entire set to Revain. If the seller contacts me and sends a replacement, I'll be happy to update my rating and give it five stars.
