UPDATE - Tillak emailed me straight away and they were so cool and sent me two new hats. Very kind of you and so cool! Didn't expect that, very, very satisfied. What a great company and customer service. legends! The hat arrived tonight, the seams are coming out in 3 places. I am very sad because I was very happy with it and will be wearing it on my upcoming hikes. I love the company and what it stands for. I'm a New Zealand resident so bring it back a bit of a pain. On a lighter note, if the hat was in good condition it would be so great! Happy with the material, the shape, the cut and the colour.
