Review on Casper Sleep Down Pillow: A Standard White Pillow for Ultimate Sleeping Comfort by Kathy Jaramillo

The pillow was beautifully packaged in plastic in a sturdy box. It was flat from being rolled up in a box, but fluffed up nicely right away, as instructed. It had absolutely no odor and I could tell it was very well made. I wanted a pillow that was both soft and supportive, and Caspar is the way to go. I sleep on my back and on my side. Most of the time I fluff it up depending on how I sleep on it. I used a green avocado pad which is very stiff and stays too plump and pushes my neck out of alignment. Although I ended up taking out a lot of filling (dirty process), a little every night to make it more comfortable, it didn't help. Every night I woke up with a stiffness in my neck. Kaspar is no more. Keep in mind that I have a slim build (5ft 11in, 150ft). So anyone who isn't comfortable with this pillow may need a firmer one, but I'm very happy with this purchase. that it's easy to wash so I don't even have to use a pillow protector. I've found that they often change the feel of the pillow and this Kaspar feels great.
