Only used once. This is my first time staying in a hotel with cats. Everything you read about it is true. I was not given a toilet tray for one night. I brought two garbage bags: one for the drawer and one for. (My cat loves messing up and I don't like stepping on it.) It also helped tidy up the hotel room quickly.
