Review on 🌻 Soulful Sunflower Heart Locket Necklace: A Personalized Keepsake in Sterling Silver/Gold by Kate Woods

This company cares about their products. Comes in a nice box with a meaningful note. Beautiful, as in the photo. Is a blue plastic heart included to open the locket? It didn't work, too big but my nail worked fine. My only constructive feedback would be to provide a medallion sized template to overlay (resize) a photo for better placement and cropping. The photo space is very small, about 1/2 inch at the widest part of the heart. I even had to resize the small photo I found of my late husband's last bike ride, but then I had trouble cropping out the core of the photo to fit the locket, wasting toner and photo paper and dampening my enthusiasm. It probably took me 10 printed photos to get my final cut, initially when resizing (via Photoshop) his face got too blurry. The chain is thin and I find it a little tricky to fasten, but it is beautiful and I like the length. It's about 18 inches in diameter and falls just above my breastbone. The clasp area frees about 2 inches to shorten or lengthen. It's a bit expensive but acceptable given the quality and value of such a locket. I didn't like others that much. It was a trial before purchase which was generous. I bought it right after opening it. Good product, nice company.
