This is your most important eyeliner. You twist the stick to open the liner. It's very soft and I live in a warm and humid climate so it's almost too soft and the tip breaks off so I have to keep it short. This means that even though I'm not a makeup artist and my technique may be lacking, it's harder for me to apply enough eye makeup without blemishes.
