When I bought this product I was looking for something to control my home theater and based on my experience you should stay away from this product if you are looking for a good trackpad and reliable work . Trackpad tracking is best defined as terrible, with my finger occasionally moving across the entire pad and the mouse making a choppy and erratic path instead of a smooth one. I've tried everything, including adjusting mouse options on Windows, but not only does it have poor tracking, but the texture isn't very good either. Hard plastic feel, like cleaning a water bottle. The connection also requires line of sight, otherwise it won't work. The only reason I didn't give this product a star is that the keyboard is at least decent and can be used on a desk as a wireless PC keyboard as long as it's in line of sight with the USB receiver.
