Pros: - Affordable - Easy to assemble and install - Excellent adjustability - Stable once tightened - Got my 32 inch monitor from a 4 inch monitor from a storage table top to top lifted about 7-8"+ so I could put my Logitech speakers back to their original standing position and clean my desk well. I wish I had received earlier. Cons: My installed 32" monitor had trouble tilting even after I tightened the screw to keep it from sagging on its own due to its weight. The head of the hex screw that locks the tilt needs to be tightened very firmly to keep it tilted. I can see someone blow their heads off if turned on hard enough. Luckily I was able to tighten it enough to keep the angle. The monitor wobbles a bit, but upon closer inspection it turns out that it is table wobble and not the monitor's fault.
