I like this product. I'm not a techie so I read reviews. One of them said something like "sound quality is acceptable". I don't know the standards but for an average guy like me it sounds great. The controls take a little getting used to, but I also use my phone to control them and they work well with them. Works well with iPhone 11. Her size is bigger than mine but that's ok. Sometimes when I put them on I accidentally turn on the music. I still have to get used to the controls here. When you make a call, the right one uses more battery than the left one. The battery is one of the good features of this product. It took just over 2 hours per call and I lost the right one, I think it's great. My wife and I watch a movie, we each wear headphones (good to have when the kids are asleep and we don't have to stay in place because of the headphone cords) and when I put them in the charger (the charger shows the battery level of the headphones) they were almost fully charged. The charger is really cool. You can also use it as a mobile device charger. I did this in an emergency where my phone was almost dead and I had no other choice and while I was talking my phone's battery level didn't increase but left it on for over 20 minutes so I could end the call. Cool that it also shows the charging status of the charger.
