These are great shorts for swimming, training or everyday use! I bought a size plus to wear to gardening or as regular shorts as we still have high temperatures in the summer, reaching into the 90's. They feel like swimsuit material and have a bikini panty liner that fits perfectly, not the weird feel some brands have. Photographing the stretch factor, I could have bought a medium size, but I was looking for comfort in a looser fit, not realizing how stretchy they are without looking bulky! Another plus is the drawstring and elasticated waist. I wear them almost every day, they are so comfortable! I wish they were available in other colors but no complaints because they are so perfect! For reference, I'm 5ft 7" and hover around 135-140lbs, my waist is 32" and my hips are 38", hope this helps! ! I'll be buying another pair just in case, but they are sewn well, no loose threads or weird stitching so I expect they'll outlive me lol. I wash them in cold water and let them air dry to keep them looking new. I wash all my bathing suits the same way and other nice clothes for the same reason. I would highly recommend them and as I said, will buy another pair!
