Also, there's nothing much to dislike as far as product features go but sometimes it can be slow at times when you're trying to access something via web browser or mobile device. It has been very helpful in managing our networks by providing us with real time data and insights into network usage so we know what needs attention first. We have also found out potential issues before they become too big problems.
