I've been looking for a work/computer bag for a long time, especially as I carry my computer back and forth a lot during Covid. I was looking for something strong, spacious, polished and professional. A zipper at the top and a separate laptop compartment on the inside were important to me. It fits perfectly and I absolutely love it. The first one I received had a few missing stitches on the inner strap but they immediately sent me a replacement and have been using it every day since I received it. I'm not a handbag connoisseur, but I tend to be pretty picky about what I buy; I don't like too much gear like little feet on the ground etc. This one is great and I love everything about it! Spacious enough for my laptop, some folders, laptop cables, water bottle, laptop etc. It's spacious and good quality but not very heavy.
