Over the years I've used many types of double-edged razor blades, including some 'famous' types that are no longer made. Here's the thing: These are the best, most reliable blades you can buy today. They are very sharp, much sharper than other brands I've used. Only Feather DE blades are sharper and much more comfortable on the skin. I've read some complaints that the quality of these knives has deteriorated over time, but I haven't noticed. I think shaving fans are very sensitive to minor changes in packaging or branding and will come up with reasons to dislike something because of it, even if the product is actually the same. Until a better blade comes along that stays in production forever. I will continue to use them.
