Great mixing glass and great customer service

This is a great mixing glass - good weight, hole has a spout, top hole is great for a stick strainer to collect ice. Plus it looks beautiful and complements our spirit decanters - really classifies our bar environment. But perhaps what I appreciate most is the excellent customer service from Rowena, Barillio Barware Customer Service Representative. Our glass came with an internal defect - a crack in the thick glass base that was not felt inside or out. When I contacted the seller, he was quick to respond and provided me with a replacement mixing glass. We look forward to using this mixing glass to create delicious cocktails for many years to come!
