I'm not pregnant, I am not expecting to be, nor have I ever been a mother. I got this because I have trouble sleeping at night and regular pillows just don't do it for me. See, before this thing, I could only sleep on my stomach with my head to the side, arms and legs in very precise positions. If my placement wasn't perfect, my body wouldn't let me sleep. Imagine the sleep falling thing but it's constant.Anyway, with this thing, I can sleep in just about ANY position, even on my back!Changed my sleep life forever, I love it.Also product arrived in good condition :)
