That says a lot for a man or woman, but it just isn't possible. I usually only wear XL for the extra feeling of space so I was sure a size Large would fit as it was already labeled as oversized for men, but maybe it's more of a women's size? Which is a real shame because it's super soft, comfortable against my skin and warm, perfect length and very pretty overall. But it's totally unwearable at this size and unusable for me, which is a big disappointment. XL MAY work, but XXL based on how that size is likely to be the right fit. It's just that he's really small. A size chart would be very helpful, so I might as well just omit it.
