Great customer service

This is so easy to use! I was nervous about getting another bottle warmer because my last one (different brand) would always heat up my breast milk too hot instead of keeping it at a steady warm. This company really cares about their customers. When I registered for the warranty I was texting a real person and not a bot, they offered to help if I needed it. I’m ordering another for my mother in law since I gave her our old weird one. Wish I would have seen this when I was making my registry.
