I'm pretty sure there isn't another shaving accessory that remotely resembles this holder. It's different from any razor holder I've ever seen. Although designed for a King C. Gillette razor, any razor fits well on the top of the range. I have a King C. Gillette razor (it's superb) and many others. KCG logo engraved on top, nice touch. It looks like it was made for Gillette and not by Gillette. This unique device is a heavy (208g) aluminum box whose two parts are held together by powerful magnets. Inside is a mirror useful for travelers (it fits in a doppa kit) and storage for about 30 boxed blades but no boxes. If the blade holders were a bit bigger, you could fit 3 boxes in them; but twice as many blades out of the box. Added Bonus: Includes 5 Super Gillette Blue Blades! You can put it on the shelf one by one or two by two. It is packaged in a beautiful box, making it a gift. For wet razors with double-edged blades, this is a good addition to the shaving cabinet.
