The ease with which one can customize their views and reports using different filters and parameters is great! I have not found anything negative yet. We used this software for our customer engagement program but now we are also starting use it internally to manage all of our digital media assets across web content delivery network and enterprise video distribution networks. This has really simplified managing my team's workflows as well as helping me track metrics like total website views vs pageviews per session or device type/browser etc.
