I bought Avon's regular makeup remover and have sensitive skin so thought this would be better. applied for only four minutes and it burned my skin, red spots appeared and skin was flaky the next day. not good especially when it is made for sensitive skin and it is a really good product. UPDATE March 2015. Ok, so I made a few more attempts to spend less time with less product on my skin. still not good, terrible. lasted only three minutes and for the next few days my skin was burned, red and bumpy. threw away both tubes. this is a terrible product
