It's great when your tongue isn't flat like a piece of paper.
These are my favorites, simple, disposable when needed (but I've been using mine for years) and just the right size to fit the contours of my tongue. I was afraid they would become brittle, but despite the fact that I scratch pretty hard, I haven't broken one yet. Bought these for my kids to replace the stainless steel U-shaped ones we previously had. I've found that I'm more likely to damage the outer edges of the tongue with this style. My mouth feels a lot better after a brush and a few quick scratches. Lots of fun!
