I liked that it was easy to use, but also had all of my necessary tools in one place! It took some time getting used to as there are many different features you need to learn how they work (and sometimes even what each button does).
But once we got into using powermta our emails went from 2 minutes or more per day down to less than 30 seconds!! We have been able to send out over 100k+ messages with this system alone - which would not be possible without their help/support team behind us every step along way. The only thing about PMTAs support service has changed recently where now if your ticket gets closed within 24 hours then no response will come back - however when tickets get longer open times can change so make sure to check those dates before submitting them again after waiting too long :) They helped me solve problems quickly & effectively by providing training videos / guides etc at very short notice whenever needed throughout setup process.
