Comfortable, easy to use with one hand, good stitching, good quality. Unfortunately, the very thing that made it easier to use, the velcro at the very beginning of the roll, which allowed the first round to be done with one hand, also left a dent in my skin just above the ankle. The tighter the compression, the more you will see this indentation. I didn't over tighten it but it was there. The Velcro at the very beginning of the roll runs the width of the roll but is less than half an inch deep. The velcro on the top of the roll leaves no marks as it is on the outside. I leave this comment for those who might find it important. It may not matter where the swelling is less of a problem, or in the wrist area.
