Very easy to use and sturdy housing. Has a larger screen than the Moutrie game camera it replaced. Photos are also clearer than Mutri's. For some reason there is no photo of the back of the camera, but it does have two 'belt loop' type slots on the back for attaching the included strap. It is advertised as "NO NIGHT GLOW VISION" but as you can see from the photos the young cow didn't fool Moose. It uses eight AA batteries but I don't think four battery trail cameras are as cost effective as advertised. Chances are, you'll be replacing the batteries on these devices much sooner. Batteries are easily replaceable and weatherproof. It has a 12 volt plug for auxiliary power, but there is no mention of whether a small 12 volt DC battery could be used in, for example, an alarm system. I would try but I don't want to risk burning the device. I only used it for a week and will update this review after the hunting season. 07/02/2020 Thank you. UPDATE: I was about to return this camera because it was draining the batteries. The first time I tried it overnight it stopped. The photos were on the hard drive, but the device would not turn on. I used new AA lithium batteries. I checked the batteries and the first time one battery died and the second time two batteries died. I suspected the camera because I've never heard of EverReady lithium batteries failing instantly, but that's exactly what happened. Since then I have been using the same lithium batteries in my game camera for several days. 09/17/20 Thank you
