Broke before it was even put together

We were very excited to receive this prize wheel for a local tradeshow that we sponsored. It arrived packaged well, however upon assembling it, there is a screw that you use to secure the pole to the base - as we attempted to screw it in, the part it screws into popped out of the plastic hole in the base. We tried super gluing it back together but every time we tried to screw it back in, it came right back out. As a result, it was extremely wobbly, and we had to hold the pole at the back and secure the base with our foot each time someone spun the wheel. Even with doing that, it was still very wobbly. Additionally, this product is advertised as having a weighted base. The base is not weighted. In fact, the entire product is incredibly light, and (even if the screw had worked) could fall over at any moment with a slight bump against it. The center piece that attaches with a magnet arrived with some type of sticky dirty stuff smudged on it, which we were able to remove most of, but not all. Overall, disappointed.
