The course is enough for any cornea.

Of course, that's enough to remove the toughest calluses. My manicurist also has one of Emjoi's callus removers, she washes her rollers off and says they still work great afterwards. I have never tried washing them. I wouldn't want anything grosser than these. If you have really thick corn I would suggest using this in stages. if you stay in one place for too long, it will hurt you and rip off more than a grain. I recommend them for all calluses.
