Ordered this clock on a Saturday, received it on Monday with my Prime Membership! This clock is beautiful! All wood, good weight to it and very sturdy. I love the Westminster chimes! I would have given this clock a five star rating except for the fact that despite following the instructions on setting the clock, I had a hard time getting the clock to ring the correct # of chimes on the hour. I used the guide that came with it, but it seems it was always off. I think the part that I may have missed is that out of the box when batteries are put in it will chime six times which denotes A.M. It took me two days to align the chimes with the hour, but it was definitely worth it. This clock is so beautiful I didn't want to give up! Patience is a virtue! Well worth the price. I had ordered another similar clock previously, however the chimes (when it chimed) had a very tinny sound. Not so with this clock! The sound is so pleasant.I kind of wish it chimed at the 10:00 p.m to 5:00 a.m. hours as well!
