Review on πŸ”οΈ Darn Tough Hiker 1/4 Cushion Sock - Women's: Superior Comfort and Durability for Adventurous Women by Damion Pasquale

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Super cute color combo, high price, the bubbles didn't show above 5k but they did on a hike.

I like these socks very much, a little expensive for 1 piece. but no blisters during a 5k treadmill workout. I think they are best for hiking as others have suggested and advertised because your feet get warm and wet which made me nervous but when it came time to take my socks off the socks were mostly dry huh pleasantly surprised me. Apparently good quality, the cushioning is more noticeable when worn. I recommend them for hiking and will be using them for the 24 mile hike I'm doing in a month. But I'll keep an eye out for another pair of special fur trains. Update: Have used this pair of socks for short hikes as well as an anti-chafing slip-stick to wear on all feet which should also help keep you from getting blisters. Unfortunately after only 1 hour I felt my heels start to tingle which is the start of the blisters. Was very disappointed considering the socks are so expensive. I will continue to wear my socks but I will cover the moleskin underneath to keep blisters from forming during the 3-6 hours of the hike.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • No performance
