Bad customer service.
I previously bought this stand for my SONOS 3 speaker and was very happy with the product. I just recently bought another one. This time my experience was completely different. Firstly, the base of the stand is significantly smaller than the previous one. So the poles don't match. Second, there was no crew on the second purchase. I contacted the company and requested the missing part. Then I made two phone calls. It took a whole month to get the right screw. YOU'RE WELCOME
