I am planning a large garden this year and wanted to find a way to save tomatoes and other produce. I am very glad that I got my hands on this device! First off, it's huge inside! The large fan and adjustable temperature are great for a variety of drying projects. The fruit tray worked great as my strawberry banana peel came off quickly and easily! I would recommend this dehydrator to anyone who likes to dry a lot of food without having to worry about tiny trays and weak fans. +!
