Review on 🚢 Walking Presser for Husqvarna Designer by Dawn Fischer

Revainrating 3 out of 5

SCREW IS SHORT but I found one from Lowe's that works

I just received this walking leg, I really want to use it but the screw that came with my car that fits ALL my other legs will NOT fit this walking leg tomorrow so I can use the leg DAY TWO: After using the size charts I tried to compare at least 8 screws. I was blessed by another customer who helped me. The ONLY screw we could find was a Hillman M3-0.50x16. I think it's a metric screw. It's a bit long and sticks out on the other side of the shaft, but it DOES NOT interfere with using the presser foot. This size (at Lowe's) was not shorter. You will need a small hex wrench to tighten it. I really like the presser foot, it does a fantastic job - moves the fabric - doesn't rip it while sewing - the only problem was it just didn't fit my Viking Sapphire. 835 low cut. The leg doesn't fit. It's just a screw they shorted to keep it secure on the ankle/calf so you may need to buy a longer one like I had to.

Forks perfectly, used for stitching in the ditch on a very thick quilt
