Review on Papillon Massager Electric Shoulder Shoulders by Amanda Hill

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great massager - for 2 months!

I was looking for a new shiatsu massager after my darling finally died (it worked for years). I was devastated to learn that the company that made them no longer makes them. They only make ones that go over the shoulders and are tightened with the hands. I researched, watched recommendation videos, and read "Best Massagers of 2020” until I touched. This device has made several top 10 lists and I love the aesthetic it offers. At first I was more than satisfied. Exactly up to 2 months from date of purchase. the fabric has parted along the seam along the bottom and is getting worse by the minute. Mind you, I'm only 5ft 2in tall and weigh 105lbs. Nobody uses it but me. I lean on it (with pillows behind it) after a long day in bed to get my lower back and work on it until I'm done with a neck massage. That's all. And after only 2 months it fell apart. I am very upset with this product. Now I'm looking for a new, better caliber and contemplating getting the new style shiatsu messages that everyone seems to be striving for.

Pros
  • Safe and convenient to use: Overheating protection and a 15-minute automatic switch-off ensure safe use of the back and neck massager. A power supply (110-220 V) and a car adapter (12 V DC) are included with the Shiatsu massage cushion. Ideal for use at home, in the office and in the car. The neck massager's three adjustable speeds allow you to get the pressure you need to relieve sore muscles.
Cons
  • boring packaging
