If you're worried about almonds - TRY THIS!

I just bought a second bottle, I'm so happy with it! I have almonds that have caused me problems for years - sinusitis, tonsillitis, sore throat, nose outflow, bad breath, etc. etc. I started with two nights for a week and one in the morning and then reduced myself to one night. and one at noon. Always for dental floss and brushes. I noticed a dramatic difference in the taste in my mouth and on my breath throughout the day. My friend noticed it too! I also notice that my teeth feel incredibly smooth within hours of use. I can't wait to go back to the dentist and see if you have something to say because I know that I can see the difference! A lot of reviews complain about the taste, but if you don't mind "mint" "sweet mint" you'll be fine. In addition, many reviews complain about nausea and digestive disorders, and if you are looking for one of the ingredients of the isomant recipe, it is sugar alcohol (the main component of this pill is) and, like any sugar alcohol, can cause some people (especially those with underlying problems the gut microbiome). They use this substance because it doesn't affect blood sugar and has NOT been shown to cause tooth decay like other sugar alcohols. The concern is that I will need it forever - the reason why we take probiotics is to promote a good microbiome that can maintain your body itself - so I will take a break after my second round and see what happens . I will try to support the bacterial equilibrium by avoiding strengthful foods, always using dental floss after meals and brushes at night with coconut oil. I hope this review was helpful for those who want to try an oral probiotic!โœŒ๏ธ
