Before buying this scooter my son had another one. This was difficult to assemble and also broke in less than a year. Of course my son abuses all his toys but I was discouraged at first when the last scooter broke. However, this scooter is much better than the previous one. It was easy to set up and quite stable. It's also a smoother ride for my son because he also negotiates sidewalks with ease. The best part is that this scooter makes no noise when in use. I think it also makes it smooth because it seems to slide on the pavement and can also be used indoors (if the area is big enough). The only downside is that it doesn't fold, making it awkward to store. Other than that, this is a great buy.
