I bought this because I wanted compensation from the company. However, I've found that I like it. I had a different mount for my iPad. I like it because I can make it higher or lower if needed. It's very durable and I don't have to worry about it moving around while I'm cooking. The brackets on the bottom don't quite fit when I fold my iPad's lid over them, but the lid isn't flimsy either. He's still holding it very well and I'm not worried about cooking with him there. My Samsung 10s fits perfectly with a case. So I can use it when I need to talk to someone and I don't have to hold my phone. Also, I can push the cable through the floor and charge it. I think I could get something for my phone so I can support both if I need it.
