Works great. Very similar in design to the Apple adapter that is no longer available, not quite as pretty but fully functional, the plastic protectors on the edges are pleasant to the touch. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. Most of the negative reviews are due to the installer not following the instructions. When you release the card holder, you need to push it until it clicks and locks into place. In this case, you cannot extend the kickstand without unlocking the latch again. If you don't you will be in serious trouble as the VERY strong spring will rotate the attachment point around and into the monitor. Fix the cylindrical part with the screws removed from the stand. Be sure to tighten the small screw that attaches the bracket to the adapter before installing the shoulder bolts that go into the ends or they will not align. The small screw must be fully screwed in. This will put some pressure on the back of the monitor, this is normal. At a minimum, you should be able to finger tighten the shoulder bolts. You can look into the hole to see if the threaded hole is centered. You can make small adjustments to the small screw or turn it as needed. Once the hole is centered and the screws are threaded (no cross threads, use your fingers first) fully tighten. You may need a wrench after the first turn or so as the screws may be a bit wobbly, but they go in. I hope this saves someone some heartache.
