Very nice cotton dress, made in the USA. It's a tiny 3T so the sleeves are a bit long but that's not a problem as I plan on winging and embellishing the sleeves before I had a few embellishments in my stash.
- I love this dress on my daughter! It's soft, we make it ourselves and it's perfect for school or church!
- May not be true to size
