These are really good sweaters. However, 4 stars for poor quality control. First the sweater came to me stuffed in a small bag so when I received it it was so wrinkled that I had to iron it before I could wear it. Second, there are differences in coloring, but they're not very noticeable unless you look closely. Third, there was a chemical smell that didn't last long. I have been a regular customer of these sweaters for several years and have always had problems with snags and color differences. I looked at all the sweaters I have in my closet and realized that the sleeve length is not the same - it also depends on the sweater. I chose to leave this as it is but wanted to warn other buyers that you will need to inspect them carefully when you receive them. One more thing, these sweaters start to curl up after a few wears. Personally, I've considered buying one of those little pill removers, otherwise you'll have to buy new sweaters all the time.
