I ordered these 2 packs for my twins at the end of November. Today their teacher sent a couple home because they stopped working. Remember that they sat in school for almost 3 weeks during the Christmas holidays. I raised an order for Revain and the return window didn't close until January 31st. I started chatting and the only way to get a replacement or refund is to return both earbuds. I realize there were 2 packs but tried to explain that if I could only return one the twins could share a work set at school rather than having a set at all. Revane refused, replying that they would find someone else to help and after teaming up with a new person they were dropped. moral of this story. You get what you pay for
