This neck fan is a handy cooling device when you need it. I love that it has a 4000mAh battery for long-lasting convenience. Control There are 3 settings: low, medium and high. I'm fine with low to medium indoor settings, just enough for California weather. I'm sure I'll switch from medium to high on a sunny summer outside. Noise Level Noise is acceptable, typical bladeless fan noise that gets louder at higher settings. Comfort It's a bit uncomfortable at first when you have something hanging around your neck. It's like putting on a headset, only easier. When it's hot and you desperately need something to cool down, you won't feel any weight other than the refreshing air coming out of this device. Design This neck fan has a fixed angle but hits the face well. the fan works as intended. I don't mind having this on my neck as the air cools my face and head, relieving my heat and discomfort while freeing my hands. I just wish the charging slot was USB-C instead of Micro-USB.
